Odgers Berndtson provides executive search services to a range of Commonwealth Government departments, with a particular expertise in attracting high quality candidates from outside Canberra to consider new career opportunities in the Australian Public Service. Odgers Berndtson has been selected as a preferred tender to a number of key central government agencies, including the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Department of Health and Ageing, the Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts, and the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade). Odgers Berndtson also provides executive search services to the government of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) in Canberra.

Our Organisation

Our offices were established in 1976 by Ian R.G. Knop to provide Executive Search services to Australia's leading organisations in both the public and private sectors. Odgers Berndtson are committed to working together with our clients. We grasp our clients' needs and the trends that are driving change in their industries. Most importantly, we customise each assignment to meet their unique and exacting requirements.

Today, the firm has six senior executives working across Australia's major sectors and coordinating international searches throughout the world.
