Xinhua Dang is Chairman and founding Partner of Odgers Berndtson's China business. He heads the Board practice in China. He was one of the first Chinese nationals to enter the executive search business in China in 1994. He has successfully completed searches for numerous multinational and national companies looking to hire senior leaders at the Board and Chief Executive levels, as well as other senior executives across a broad range of functions and industries.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was with Russell Reynolds Associates for over eight years. His career in China began with the official Xinhua News Agency in Beijing. He was formerly an Independent Director of Beijing Double Crane Pharmaceuticals Company. He is currently Advisor to the United States Business Council for Sustainable Development in their activities in China.
Mr. Dang graduated from Hunan University and received his Masters in International Business from Columbia University.
