Victoria Seys-Llewellyn is Director of People & Development. She joined Odgers Berndtson in 1996 and operated as a senior Search Consultant working in both the Commercial and Public Sector arenas, recruiting Chief Executives and senior management positions for a wide variety of clients, including Professional Services, Retail, Charities and the Arts.
As Director of People and Development, she is responsible for the Human Resources function at Odgers, managing the recruitment, retention and development of all staff.
Victoria graduated in English and Art History at Manchester and started her career in marketing in the world of fine arts, managing major accounts and organising international exhibitions.
