Troels Gjerrild

Troels K. Gjerrild is Managing Partner in the Copenhagen office of Odgers Berndtson. His primary focus is searches on Board & CEO level as well as CFO positions. Over the last seven years, he has been actively involved in the growth and development of the Copenhagen business.

Looking back 15 years, he has additionally been engaged in developing organizational structures for both new organizations and for merged organizations. Previously, Troels served as a Partner and Manager in another global executive search firm.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, Troels was Human Resources Manager for S. Dyrup & Co. A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S. His earlier experience includes serving as Senior Management Consultant with PA Consulting Group and T. Bak Jensen. Troels attended The Danish Military Academy, earning an Officer of the line (A line) degree.
