Nikita Prokofiev is a Partner in the Moscow office of Odgers Berndtson where he manages the Legal Search Practice. He works on executive search assignments on behalf of leading law firms as well as international and Russian corporations, filling such positions as partner, general counsel, counsel and senior associate. He also works on assignments for Business & Professional services companies.
Prior to joining company he worked in the Moscow office of a major international executive search firm.
Nikita received his M.A. in International Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and his Ph.D. in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He has also completed a number of executive development programs by Columbia Business School, IMD, INSEAD, Stanford GSB and Wharton.
