Nathaniel Hook is a Partner in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice at Odgers Berndtson. Based in London, Nathaniel provides a range of advisory and executive search services to a wide spectrum of international clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and consumer health sectors, as well as working with a number of health providers in both public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Nathaniel was employed as a Consultant with a specialist life sciences focused executive search boutique, having previously worked at Russell Reynolds Associates in both the Healthcare and Board practices. In his earlier career, Nathaniel was employed as an Associate with DS Wolf, where he coordinated a range of cross-border searches in the life sciences sector. This included helping to build the leadership teams of a series of emerging and venture backed businesses in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and med-tech industries. Nathaniel began his recruiting career with Harvey Nash in 1998 where he worked with a number of international clients in the technology and life science sectors.
Nathaniel graduated with a Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Glasgow before going on to secure a Masters (MSc) in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
