She has been employed by various consultancies, including Kienbaum, successfully carrying out many different national and international diagnostics projects for renowned companies across the business sectors.
Her focus is not just on diagnostics in the context of recruitment and selection processes.
A considerable number of her projects have been dedicated to providing a solid foundation for leadership development and systematic Senior Talent Management.
Martina holds a PhD in psychology and is a certified trainer and coach, supporting managers in coping with the challenges of their role.
