Martin Pike is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson South Africa and is based in Johannesburg. He recruits Senior Executives and Board Directors across a variety of sectors throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
He began his career in the Financial Services industry where he worked for a French Bank for five years before starting his own business within the same sector. After two years he joined Michael Page International in 1998 where he held a number of positions in both the UK and the US. His roles combined both senior level search as well as managing a number of the consultant teams.
Martin is a graduate of Keele University with a degree in History and Politics.
