Margy Chan


Margy Chan is a Partner in the Hong Kong office and the Regional Lead for Odgers Berndtson Supply Chain and Procurement for Asia. She conducts senior level assignments across supply chain and procurement, as well as some wider work in Consumer and Industrial Markets in the areas of general management, finance, human resources, legal and operations.
Margy has 10 years experience in executive search in Greater China and Canada.  She began her search career at another major international search firm in Hong Kong, where she was the Regional Research Coordinator prior to her appointment as an Associate for the Industrial/Natural Resources Sector and Coordinator for the Corporate Officer practice.  Margy also worked for more than two years as a Senior Consultant at Odgers Berndtson in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to her search career, Margy spent 13 years in Toronto as Director of Information Services and Acting Director for Product Development and Marketing of a world renowned medical research institution affiliated with the University of Toronto and World Health Organization.  In this role, she received international recognition for her contributions to the field.
Margy received her B.A. degree from the University of Hong Kong and her Masters of Library Science degree from the University of Toronto.
