Jemma is is the Managing Partner of the Wales Practice for Odgers Berndtson covering both the Private and Public Sectors and is based in Cardiff. She specialises in board level recruitment across all functions including general management, operations, sales & marketing, HR, finance and supply chain.
Born and raised in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, Jemma has been a Search Consultant for 12 years. She began her career in Search with The Peachell Group, a boutique search firm as a Managing Consultant before joining Korn/Ferry where she was a Senior Consultant in the Consumer and Industrial Practice. Prior to joining Odgers, Jemma was Head of the Consumer and Industrial Practice at Harvey Nash Executive Search.
Jemma's previous career includes Marks and Spencer. She was fast tracked through the Graduate Management Programme before assuming commercial, operational and general management roles in flagship stores as well as in Head Office supply chain and technology teams.
Jemma has a BSc Honours in Management Science and French with subsidiary Maths and Spanish. She is a graduate of one of France's celebrated 'Grandes Ecoles' business management schools - L' Ecole Superieure de Commerce.
