Craig Hemer

Craig Hemer has 15 years of experience in executive search. As part of the largest executive search firm in the market, he has supported many leading private and public sector organizations in British Columbia. Craig’s client focus is broad with a particular focus on primary industries, education, manufacturing and government. Craig recruits senior leaders in virtually all disciplines including executive management, finance, human resources, sales and marketing, operations and engineering.

Craig is a member of the Board of Directors for the Vancouver Board of Trade. He is a former member of the Board of Governors for Langara College, a former member of the Board of Directors of Vancouver College and a former member of the Advisory Board for the UBC Sauder School of Business Executive Mentor Program. He spent nine years as a member of the Campaign Cabinet for the United Way of the Lower Mainland, has been a member of the Board of Governors for the Pacific National Exhibition, a Commissioner of the Vancouver Economic Development Commission and Board Member of the Vancouver Public Library Board.

Craig holds a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of British Columbia with a major in psychology in both degree programs.
