Bill French is the Head of the Oil and Gas Practice in Odgers Berndtson's Moscow office. He has been involved in the Executive Search industry since 1978 and has been working on assignments in Russia and the FSU since 1989.
From 2005 to 2010, he was the Executive Search Director for international executive search company in Houston, Texas / Moscow Russia. From 1989 to 2006 he was MD Europe for another international executive search company based in Houston, Texas / London UK. He developed its Russia & FSU Executive Search practice and opened its Moscow office in October 1992.
Clients included major international oil & gas, energy companies as well as several mining and natural resources companies operating in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Throughout his 32 year career in executive search Bill has worked in all facets of the Energy Sector. This includes Upstream, Downstream, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Oilfield Services and Manufacturing, Trading and Transportation and EPC.
Prior to Executive Search, Bill was a Government employee and an Officer in the US Army.
