Alasdair Spink is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson’s India business, based in New Delhi. He is also a member of the firm’s Infrastructure Practice with a focus upon board and senior executive level appointments.
Since joining Odgers Berndtson in 2005, Alasdair has worked with clients in power, roads, rail, ports, airports, communications and oil and gas. In addition, he also works with funds and finance houses focused upon investing in and building public infrastructure. Alasdair began in search as a Research Associate in 1997. Since then he has worked in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and the Middle East. A large proportion of his assignments have been for multinational clients requiring global search.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Alasdair was a Managing Consultant with an international professional service consultancy.
