Management Seminar

Odgers Berndtson periodically organizes management seminars for CEO’s, Managing Directors and Human Resources Directors. A large number of executives from the leading Spanish and multinational companies have participated in these seminars.

At the beginning of each seminar, a guest speaker makes a brief presentation about a current topic or trends in their industry. Afterwards, the executives participate in a round table where everyone has the chance to share their insights and opinions about its impact on business or on executive careers. Since each seminar has a limited number of participants and is by invitation only, the executives create an informal atmosphere where they can express and exchange ideas.

Over the years, these seminars have allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with top executives from many industrial areas and have become an ideal place for top executives to discuss news of general interest or simply converse, share concerns, and talk about future career development.
