Thierry Dagneau

Thierry Dagneau, who has more than fifteen years of executive recruiting experience, joined the Odgers Berndtson team in 1998. His expertise in evaluating candidates, assessing potential and developing search strategies makes him an essential member of our Quebec team.

Thierry’s approach is to establish a close relationship with the client in order to assess their vision, understand business drivers, social and economical organizational context and get to know an executive’s personality and profile. His approach allows him to understand organizational culture and find the right fit.

Thierry’s role is to be your company representative to the marketplace by attracting qualified candidates. Impassioned and tenacious, Thierry is one of the firm’s top recruiters and has demonstrated an excellent understanding of the Quebec market.

Thierry obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Psychology from Concordia University.
