Shauna A. Louie

Shauna is a Partner in the Calgary office of Odgers Berndtson. She brings over ten years of industry experience having worked with both national and global executive search firms.

Shauna’s clients include: agribusiness, broader energy, communications, financial services, public and not-for-profit sectors. She prides herself on finding top caliber candidates for every search she works on which includes Board of Directors, CEOs and other senior executives across a wide variety of industry sectors.

Shauna received her Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge and a Business Administration Diploma with a focus in Marketing from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. She also holds a designation as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Her community involvement has included volunteer affiliations with the United Way, Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society. She currently is a Board of Director for Making Changes Association of Alberta.
