Ming Luo

Ming Luo is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson's Shanghai office specializing in the consumer and industrial sectors. She is particularly familiar with the China market and has extensive experience in hiring senior executives for a broad range of functions across the entire industry spectrum.

Her search career started in 1993 since when she has helped international companies hire senior executives for the rapidly changing and expanding China market. She also played a pivotal role in the development of two top tier international executive search firms in China.

Before her search career, she was a consultant with China International Economic Consultants, a subsidiary of CITIC Group.

Ming holds an MBA degree from Olin School of Management, Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing.
