Lauren is a Principal in Odgers Berndtson's Johannesburg office where she is involved in most sectors including Consumer Products & Services, Financial Services, Leisure & Travel, Energy, Industrial (Mining) and Property Development.
Lauren joined Odgers Berndtson South Africa in November 2004 as Head of Research.
Prior to this she worked as Project Manager for an inbound tourism, conservation & Safari Lodge company called Conservation Corporation Africa where she co-ordinated and managed large incentive events and conferences for UK corporates into Africa.
She spent the first four years of her career working at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London where she trained in Hotel Management.
