Grazyna Madeja

Grazyna Madeja is the co-Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson's office in Poland. She specialises in senior assignments across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Business & Professional Services, and Consumer.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank in London as a Relationship Manager for UK-based banks. Prior to this, she was with Citibank in Chicago covering US-based multinationals, and in Warsaw where she worked in Credit Risk, Treasury, Macroeconomic Research and in the Strategic Corporate Clients Department.

Grazyna holds a Master's degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.
