Catherine Ceva

Catherine Ceva is a Partner in the Paris office.  Her extensive search experience includes general management and senior-level human resources and sales & marketing assignments for a wide variety of clients particularly in the consumer products & services, retailing, automotive, and industrial sectors.  She has also developed specific expertise in executive assessment, succession planning, and professional development.  Her clients are both international and French organizations for which she conducts searches for positions in France and at worldwide level.

Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked with two other large International executive search firms, both in Japan and in France.  She started her professional career in Tokyo within Sony's HR department, then moved to executive development positions at corporate level with Valeo and L'Oreal in Paris.

Catherine received master's degrees in Law and Philosophy from the University of Paris (Sorbonne), and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.  In addition to her native French, she speaks fluent English and conversational Japanese, having lived and worked in Japan for over 6 years.
