
The User of Odgers Berndtson's Website can register in any of the company's websites by providing certain personal data.
In accordance with the Spanish Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Odgers Berndtson informs the User that all personal data obtained through the online application form will be included in the file "Candidate Management" whose sole owner is Odgers Berndtson, S.A., C.I.F. A28580280, domiciled in Almagro 36 (Madrid). Odgers Berndtson has implemented the necessary security measures in compliance with Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 11.
The User affirms that the personal data provided to Odgers Berndtson is accurate and true. The User also agrees to inform Odgers Berndtson of any changes in this data. The User may exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection at any time. The User also has the right to be informed about the release of their personal data.
We collect and process personal data in an automated file in order to properly administer the User's relationship with Odgers Berndtson, S.A.: (1) manage the User's details so that they may be provided to companies interested in the User's professional qualifications; or (2) manage, administer, provide and improve those services for which the User registered or suscribed to, including but not limited to: adapt our services to the User's preferences, analyze which services the User utilizes more frequently, design new services related to other services provided by Odgers Berndtson, and send updates about these services.
Odgers Berndtson may release personal data to the Group's companies for the same purposes as those mentioned previously and to those companies interested in the User's professional qualifications. In terms of our Privacy Policy, any company with which Odgers Berndtson has entered either directly or indirectly into a contractual agreement to provide services are also included. The User may withdraw their consent to any or all of the aforementioned types of releases of their personal data by exercising their right to do so as explained below.
The User can exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection, by submitting written correspondence to Odgers Berndtson either by email: postmaster@odgersberndtson.es or regular mail addressed to: Odgers Berndtson, S.A., Ref. LOPD, Almagro 36 (Madrid). In order to exercise these rights and in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Directive 1/1998 of January 19, the User must verify their identity by sending a photocopy of their National Identity Card (Spanish DNI) or other valid proof of identity.
Odgers Berndtson has adopted the security measures required by law to secure personal data and uses all the technological safeguards necessary to protect personal data against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft. Nevertheless, the User should be aware that internet security measures are not foolproof.
The User ackowledges that they have been duly informed about the terms & conditions regarding the protection of their personal data. The User accepts and consents to Odgers Berndtson processing their personal data in the manner and for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
