Margarida Lousada

Margarida Lousada is a Principal of Odgers Berndtson's Lisbon office. She holds a Degree in Human Resources Management and completed a post graduate specialization program in Business Administration from CIDEC/ISCTE.

She began her career in 1995 as Senior Consultant and in 1999 moved to Hay Selecção (now Ray Human Capital). Since joining the company, she has served numerous national and international clients and conducted several large recruitment and selection projects for companies in the IT, Telecommunications, Consumer Products & Services, Healthcare and Energy Industries. Margarida has also managed several Assessment and Development Centers, coordinating Coaching and Development Projects.

Since January 2006, she is a part of Odgers Berndtson's Lisbon team and specializes in executive search asssignments and consultancy projects.
