Georgia Agoas

Georgia Agoas is a Principal of Odgers Berndtson's Lisbon office. Georgia holds a Degree in Sociology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management and Strategic Development. She is fluent in English and French.

She started her career in Recruitment and Selection at the international discount supermarket chain Dia (Carrefour Group). In 2001, she joined Odgers Berndtson as Researcher, specializing in Professional Services, IT, and Consumer Products & Distribution and later served as Consultant at Ray Human Capital where she handled projects for national and international clients. She then worked as Senior Consultant at Jason Associates where she conducted Executive Search and Talent Advisory projects, mostly in Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Professional Services.

In 2007, she returned to Odgers Berndtson where she currently serves as Principal and works on Executive Search assignments and Management Audits for clients in the Consumer Products & Distribution, Financial Services/Banking & Insurance and IT sectors.
