Marc Strijbos joined Odgers Berndtson Brussels as a Partner in 2011. He leads the Life Sciences practice in Belgium and specializes in talent management services and global executive search assignments across the whole sector, including biotech, device, diagnostic, pharma organizations and fine chemicals.
He brings over twenty years senior management experience from his time with multinationals in Life Sciences and Fine Chemicals and has extensive working experience in the United States, UK, Asia Pacific and Continental Europe.
Marc, a Dutch citizen living in Brussels, has a degree in microbiology and attended the Executive Management Program at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, USA, Mahler Advanced Management Skills Program at The Mahler Institute, New Jersey, USA, Financial Management at the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia, USA, and Marketing Management, IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
