Doris Perg has been working as a manager in the offices of Odgers Berndtson in Vienna since 2011. She fills managerial positions in a wide range of industries, employing the instruments of both Human Asset Review® and Culture Fit.
In her studies of Business Administration she focused on Organization, Personnel Management and International Development Economics. After her first managerial positions in the banking sector and in higher education, she founded her own consultancy in 1998.
There, Doris Perg provided services across many industries, advising clients in business and in the public sector. Her consulting focus was on matters of organizational and personnel development, and she became passionate about the assessment and professional development of managers. In the past few years, she has been increasingly involved in selecting and assessing managers, and in filling managerial positions.
