Caroline Jellinck, a Partner in the Vancouver office of Odgers Berndtson, has over 13 years experience in executive search and many more years in corporate recruitment.
Caroline specializes in senior searches with a focus on knowledge-based organizations. She works with entrepreneurs to help them introduce and advance professional management and works within the post secondary sector to help her clients enhance their strategic, academic leadership both domestically and abroad.
Caroline is a core member of the Global CIO Practice. Our practice involves Partners with current and relevant IT expertise from each major continent. Participation facilitates active sharing of international CIO candidates, best practices, current compensation requirements for this functional role, and general knowledge of new challenges and opportunities these business leaders face in today’s global economy.

Caroline is a Patron of Science World BC having served seven years on the Board of Governors. She is actively engaged in its current capital campaign. Caroline serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the BC Technology Industry Association and is involved with the Friends of the Aga Khan University.
Caroline joined Odgers Berndtson after 12 years with Xerox Canada where she started in commissioned sales and progressed through a variety of financial, sales, and human resources management roles. After Xerox won the coveted Baldrige Quality Award, Caroline established Xerox Canada’s strategic planning, customer/employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness practice in Vancouver.
She holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Queen’s University.
