Bengt Starke is a partner in Odgers Berndtson's Stockholm office focusing on Technology, Industrial and Business & Professional Services.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2007, Bengt was Nordic Managing Director of SunChemical, a pigment and printing ink manufacturing company with P&L responsibility for the Nordic role included the management of 5 factories in the Nordic region. Before that, he was CEO & President of the IT software company, Cycore.
He started his career as a management consultant, working six years for Accenture and nine years for McKinsey & Co, where he was a Senior Engagement Manager focusing on the Manufacturing Industry and IT.
Bengt holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology.
