Anne Soenen is a Partner in the Brussels office of Odgers Berndtson with extensive experience across a wide range of industries and sectors including banking, insurance, finance, real estate, industry, media and telecom.
She originally joined Odgers Berndtson Brussels as an Associate Partner in January 2004 and was at the time Board Director of RB Selection. After a brief period where she left the company to become Partner at Stanton Chase, she came back in order to pick up the responsibility of Managing Director of RB Selection.
After starting her career in Human Resources at Unisys, she spent 5 years in recruitment consultancy with De Witte & Morel and Robert Half Int’l. She successfully launched the Ghent office of Robert Half in 1997.
In 2000, she moved to the Federation of Recruitment Consultancies (FWS-FRS) as the General Manager. There she managed the full integration of the federation into Federgon (the umbrella employment federation).
Anne Soenen has a Degree in Law from the University of Ghent and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management studies from the Vlerick Ghent Business School. She is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
